Delivery, returns, and how to reach a human

Short version: orders leave our Pennsylvania warehouse within 1 business day, U.S. delivery takes 3 to 7 days, tracking arrives by email, and the 60-day guarantee is handled by our own support team, not an outsourced call center.

Shipping, step by step

1. Confirmation. The moment your order is placed you receive an email receipt. One payment, no subscription, nothing else charged later.
2. Dispatch. We pack and hand your box to the carrier within 1 business day. A second email delivers your tracking link.
3. Delivery. Most U.S. addresses receive their package in 3 to 7 days. Shipping is free on 3 and 6-bottle packages; the 2-bottle package shows its shipping cost at checkout.

If tracking stalls or a package goes missing, email us with your order number. We deal with the carrier, and if a box is genuinely lost, we reship it or refund it. That is our problem to fix, not yours.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

Every order is covered for 60 days from the purchase date. The terms ask for a fair trial, at least 30 days of actual use, because that is honestly how long these ingredients take. The process:

1. Tell us. Email [email protected] or call (717) 553-0184 within 60 days of purchase, with your order number.
2. Follow one short email. Support confirms your details and tells you whether anything needs to be sent back for your order.
